Where do I begin… let’s start from the very beginning. From the moment I called to inquire and put my deposit down, I knew this was the clinic for me. The team at Beautyland Plastic Surgery was honest and transparent from day one, which immediately made me feel comfortable.
I highly recommend booking with any doctor there, but especially Dr. Simmons. The coordinators were absolutely amazing from start to finish—super kind, easy to talk to, and always available to answer questions.
I went back and forth about adding J-Plasma, and I truly appreciated their honesty. They told me I didn’t necessarily need it, but that it wouldn’t hurt if I chose to add it. That level of transparency meant everything to me. I ended up getting Lipo360 w/ J-Plasma on 1/20/26
The 30 days leading up to surgery, when the nerves really start to kick in, they were there every step of the way—checking in weekly, walking me through labs and clearances, and making sure I felt prepared. My pre-op appointment was the Monday before surgery, and I was in and out in about 1.5 hours, including testing, paperwork, and meeting my doctor.
On surgery day, my arrival time was 8 AM. By 10 AM I was in the OR, and by 1 PM I was heading back to my Airbnb. Before the day was even over, I had my post-op appointment, which took less than an hour. Everything was seamless and well organized.
I highly recommend getting your massages done at the clinic. The massage therapist made my first three sessions feel like heaven (well… as close to heaven as post-op massages can feel!).
Now at 4 weeks post-op, I can honestly say the care hasn’t stopped. The team still calls weekly to check in and offer guidance when needed. Every single person I interacted with—from coordinators to administrators to nurses (both pre- and post-op)—was kind, respectful, and supportive.
The clinic itself is clean, bright, and welcoming. I loved my experience and will always recommend choosing a smaller, more personal clinic over a larger one. By the time my surgery date arrived, they all knew me by name. That personal touch made such a difference for a serious procedure like this.
I have zero complaints and would recommend Beautyland and Dr. “Op Wizard” Simmons any day! Hands down one of the best in Miami. I will say
