Dr Simmons was amazing! Jailene was super sweet, very knowledgeable! Great staff. I had a tummy tuck March 3, 2026, came back for breast lift Sept 1, 2026!! I highly recommend Beautyland.

My surgery was great with Dr. Salgado. The whole staff was amazing and Dr. Salgado’s nurse Kenia is super nice and very helpful. I was never rushed and she always took as much time as I needed. The whole clinic was great with my care. I will be back for additional work.

Dr. Simmons is highly skilled in plastic surgery and is known as one of the top surgeons in Miami. His hands are naturally talented, and I recently underwent a BBL, Lipo 360 and tummy tuck performed by him. I am extremely pleased with the outcome and couldn’t be happier with my results.
