The combined surgery.
Performed in our accredited suite, usually four to six hours. Order matters: breast component first, then abdominal repair, then any liposuction. One anesthesia event reduces total physiological stress.
The overnight.

Day 0-3
Overnight and home.
One night in our suite. Discharged with drains, abdominal binder and surgical bra. Help at home is non-negotiable.
Week 1
Bent posture, short walks.
Walk slightly stooped to protect the abdominal repair. Drains stay in until output drops, usually day 5–10.
Week 2-3
Standing upright.
Most patients straighten up by week 2 and are off pain medication. Driving once narcotics are stopped.
Week 4-6
Back to most of life.
Desk work usually by week 3, school pickups and household routine by week 4. No lifting more than 5 kg until week 6.
Month 3-6
Final results settle.
Scars enter their fading phase. The abdominal flatness you saw at week 2 is now permanent.
