Dr. Simmons’ postgraduate training includes a General Surgery Internship and Otolaryngology Residency at the University of Arkansas Medical Center, followed by a Plastic Surgery Residency, where he served as Chief Resident, at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans. He further honed his skills with a Craniofacial and Microvascular Surgery Fellowship at the renowned Johns Hopkins Hospital.
